Even if you only have 5 minutes, drop in for a chat with people who relate! This is a space to talk about what’s on your mind – good, bad, happy or sad. It’s only 15 minutes so you can get on with your day, feeling a little bit lighter afterwards!
What to expect:
- A virtual hug! A space to talk through whatever is on your mind
- This group will be structured so that everyone has an opportunity to share.
- The host will welcome everyone and invite you to introduce yourself, if you would like.
- There is no pressure to talk, you can share as much or as little as you would like. You can keep your camera off if you prefer.
